I wanted to let everyone know the events that SWAN has planned for July.  All of these meetings are in the Meeting Room at our offices (RAILS Headquarters).  All of these meetings are now open for registration.   In the future, we plan on scheduling User Group Meetings quarterly. 

First of all, we have a number of User Group meetings (click on the link to register):

July 14^th   we will be hosting 3 user group meetings.  You are invited to attend 1 ,2,  or 3 sessions.  Please register for whatever meetings you would like to attend.

July 23^rd Circulation Users Group meeting   http://www.librarylearning.info/events/?eventID=20523  Meeting runs from 9:30 -12:00.   Come with your questions and tips you have to share.

The workshop that a number of people have anxiously been waiting for:

July 21^st Reports training  -  we plan on discussing and demonstrating the current reports module and introducing the BlueCloud Analytics report tool (if ready for prime time).  Workshop is from 9:30 – 12:00 http://www.librarylearning.info/events/?eventID=20554   This workshop will be repeated again in October.

For something completely different, how about an explanation of how Symphony Workflows really works (AKA SWAN Symphony GUTS Training).   Learn about the tables, maps, and policies that drive Symphony.  There are four opportunities to attend this workshop at our offices and one online session planned.

Hope to see a number of you there.     We realize that Summer Reading is going on during all these meetings and apologize for the timing, but we thought it best to touch base with the User Groups as soon as possible.  The Reports training is scheduled in July, but will also be available in October.  And everyone loved the idea about learning how Symphony really works and just couldn’t wait for this workshop.
