Announcement to SWAN Libraries: Vendor Demonstrations

The SWAN ILS Committee is excited to announce that the three ILS software vendors will be providing six days of software demonstrations for the SWAN membership.  Each of the three vendors will be onsite at the Burr Ridge building for two days each. The days have been divided into specific sessions to demonstrate various service areas of the ILS. The schedule begins on the third page of this memo, starting this Thursday October 3^rd.

Covered in this memo:

· Attending & signing up, requesting library staff sign-up limits per session

· Agenda by topic, including some repeat sessions

· Live streaming of selected sessions

· Tutorials & videos available

Please make sure to register in advance for all the sessions you wish to attend. If you need assistance with the L2 system, please consult your library staff administration or contact SWAN as specified in the memo.
