Just a short promotion on the classes for Blue Cloud Analytics.

SWAN wanted to let everyone know that beginning in April, the BlueCloud Analytics (BCA) class will be held every other week on Wednesday morning.    Also, there is no longer a restriction of only one attendee per library per event.   While work continues on developing an advanced class in BCA, we would like to suggest if you attended a BCA class in the Fall you might want to come again to  one that is being currently offered.   The reports in BCA have grown by leaps and bound since September and there is a wealth of reports to share with you.  If you should have any questions or suggestions. don’t hesitate to contact one of the Member Services consultants (Samantha Dietel – 630-326-8647), Crystal Vela (630-326-8059), and Vickie Totton (630-326-8714).
