Board Secretary Sheila Sosnicki performed a roll-call vote on approving the bylaws; the motion passed with an affirmative of at least 2/3 of all members attending. The motion carried by roll call vote with the following results: 31 IN FAVOR, 41 ABSENT, 6 NAY, 0 ABSTAIN. The revised SWAN Bylaws are posted under the Governance webpage, or can be found here.
