As we juggle with an interesting start to 2022 and process the address changes supplied through the National Change of Address (NCOA) process, we are postponing the change to 7 years on inactivity on patron records as qualifying criteria.

 

The monthly report you receive in your BLUEcloud Analytics History Log will reflect those patron records eligible for removal the following month, if no action is taken by the library to update the patrons Last Activity Date (LAD). See our documentation on the Monthly Patron Record Purge as a reminder of how to access these reports.
