The SWAN support site is moving! It will now be located at swanlibraries.net. The support.swanlibraries.net URL will begin redirecting on Tuesday, August 25^th.

We have detailed the changes that will occur early Tuesday morning next week before libraries open. The news post linked below provides details on the URL and links that will change.

The SWAN website has gradually undergone a series of updates over the past few months, with usability testing with library staff during this period. Please read the news post to better understand how the new site menu will work, and how we have removed nearly all our documentation to be publicly accessible and no longer require a login (some areas will remain password protected, which we detail in the news posted). Our goal is to lower the barrier to allow library staff to obtain the support information they need more easily.

There will be reminders sent out next week as the change occurs.
