EBSCO Discovery Service Training; EDS Ready for Opt-In

SWAN Libraries,

This is just a reminder that EBSCO will be presenting two hour-long webinars to educate library staff on using EDS and OpenAthens. The first webinar will be held Monday, December 12th from 2:00pm–3:00pm and will cover searching in EDS, a review of EBSCOadmin, and available customizations. The second webinar will be held on January 17th and will address specific questions/feedback from the first, so it is highly recommended that staff make time to view both. EBSCO will be recording both webinars for viewing after they have completed.

Additionally, if you would like to make EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) and OpenAthens available to your patrons, please submit a ticket to the help desk with the title “EDS Opt-in” and we will schedule time to activate your profile. You can open a help desk ticket by email, sending the message to help@swanlibraries.net.
