The annual budget process for SWAN has begun. Libraries that have negotiated a new (or revised) bond payment or debt service schedule can upload that schedule to SWAN Support to update the SWAN membership
fee bond schedule.

Public libraries that have a non-operating debt service should submit the payment schedule to SWAN, such as a bond payment used for library facility renovation or construction. SWAN membership fees incorporate
the bond/debt service amount, so it is important that your library provide this information, otherwise it is possible your membership fees will increase substantially in the upcoming year.
The deadline to complete the submission is Friday, February 6, 2026.
