Google experienced a global outage yesterday during the time that email notifications were being sent by SWAN.  Due to this, you may see an unusual number of bounces from gmail addresses.  This does not mean the patron’s email addresses are invalid, you should leave them in place in the patron’s record.

 

You may want to suggest that your patron check their accounts in Enterprise or the SWAN mobile app for the status if their items.
