Our work adding Glenside Public Library District, Roselle Public Library District, and Warrenville Public Library District to SWAN is progressing on schedule and we have reached a major milestone. Profiling/mapping of their data to SWAN policies has completed and SirsiDynix will be loading initial policies into our production system early Wednesday, August 5 from 4:00 a.m. until approximately 6:00 a.m.

Please refrain from logging into the system or scheduling any jobs during this time window. We will send a SWANcom when the work is complete and logins can resume.

Once this process is complete, you will begin to see policies related to GSD (Glenside), ROD (Roselle), and WVD (Warrenville). We will be sharing additional timelines and details as migration work continues. Mark your calendars - the Go Live date is December 9th, 2020.
