This meeting involved the presentation of new information, so we encourage all staff working with bibiographic and item data to download this document.

Due to the length of the notes, the first section contains links to the most pertinent portions, including a new 590 term for map materials and some information on a slight change to how inputting call numbers will appear (though it does not require any changes to practice.) We also highlight an ongoing discussion on periodical call number information.

The rest of the document contains information of interest to both current SWAN and New 19 libraries including notes on the test deduplication, some new options in call numbers and item category policies, how the migration timeline will affect technical services departments, and more.
