SWAN Member Library Staff— 

In preparation for going live with EBSCO Discovery Service and OpenAthens authentication on October 18^th, SWAN will be implementing a change to all Cengage and Gale Virtual Reference Library resources. After September 2^nd, the login page for all Gale resources will change to require patrons to log in with their library barcode and PIN rather than a unique Cengage/Gale user account. The new login screen will be similar to what is shown below. OpenAthens will allow patrons to access database resources more easily while conducting research outside of the library. This change will not affect access to Cengage or Gale resources inside the library.
