Attached please find the documentation explaining how “User Groups” work in Symphony.  A workshop is being held on Monday, July 25, beginning at

9:30 a.m. in the meeting room in Burr Ridge.  The documentation will be discussed in detail as well as some concepts will be demonstrated.  Sign up in L2 if you plan on attending. http://www.librarylearning.info/events/default.aspx?eventID=23032

If your library is planning on using “User Groups”, please open a ticket after 8/1/16 requesting that we activate the “User Groups” tab in WorkFlows.
