The deadline for the WorkFlows 3.6.2 upgrade is Monday, February 17^th.  If you’re unfamiliar with the WorkFlows client update process, please refer to the three steps detailed in Software Downloads & Setup on our support site.

After completing the client update on all WorkFlows computers in your library, please submit one FormSite survey to indicate your completion.

You can check to see if your library has submitted a survey for this upgrade by going to the FormSite Results page. (Click on the bar graph icon in the lower left-hand corner for the best viewing results). If your library does not appear on the list then we have not received your FormSite completed survey.
