As was reported at the last SWAN Circulation Users Group we are moving forward with the rescheduling of notices. In the past we had to separate the individual SMS and Email notice reports alphabetically to ensure the phone carriers and email servers did not block our notices. Last Tuesday we stopped separating the reports and all seems to be running well.

Starting today we will stop sending the 9 pm hold pickup notices. Anything trapped for a patron after 6 pm today will be included in the 9 am notices sent tomorrow. We will be monitoring the 9 am pickup notices to ensure they do not have issues with the increase in notice counts.
