Hello Library Directors & Administrators—

We have our first Quarterly membership meeting for 2026 this week at Oak Brook Public Library, Thursday, March 5^th at 10:00 a.m. The approval of the SWAN budget will take place in person at the meeting, with a roll call vote for representatives from each SWAN member library. We have the budget details in the meeting packet.

The meeting will include a presentation on SWAN projects from the first quarter of this year, as well as updates on the upcoming SWAN Board election and strategic planning.

The meeting will include a Zoom live-stream, which you can register for in advance of the meeting.

Please note that online attendees will not be able to vote on the budget, per SWAN bylaws.
