Attached in this email, please find four different formats of the digital bookmark SWAN has put together to promote auto-renewals. There is a PDF file and Word Doc file that shares, “Your library materials may soon automatically renew,”
as well as a PDF file and Word Doc that shares, “Your library materials may now automatically renew.”
The first set can be used leading up to the go-live of auto-renewals, and the second set can be used once auto-renewals is live. The PDF is all set to be used, and includes SWAN branding. The Word Doc versions do not include SWAN branding
and you can add your own information. If your library uses Adobe Creative Suite, we can send you the design file that this was created in.
The sticky labels have been ordered and upon receipt will be sent to your library if you requested some.

SWAN has decided to delay the upgrade to SYMPHONY 3.5.2 in order to allow us time to include the new Service Pack 1 release. This combined upgrade to 3.5.2.1 will be live on Tuesday, June 13th. As many of you know, we want
to implement Auto-renewals after the upgrade to allow us to set the renewal period from the original due date of the material, as opposed to the date the renewal is performed. So, you can anticipate Auto-renewals to be up and working for your library on June
13th (unless your library opted-out). SWAN has the master for the customizable Auto-renewal bookmarks ready to go and you will be able to download a .doc and a .pdf version on Monday, May 1st. The sticky labels have been ordered and
upon receipt will be sent to your library if you requested some. If you should have any questions, please send a ticket to
