Dear Member Libraries,

Reindexing Hoopla Flex libraries is now complete. Flex libraries will now see their titles in Aspen and the SWAN Libraries+ app. If you are not seeing a specific title or availability is not correct, please submit a ticket to the SWAN Help Desk.

If you become a Flex library in the future, you must let SWAN know if you wish to see those titles in the catalog. There is a setting that needs to be turned on, and a full Hoopla reindex will have to be done in order to bring in those additional titles.
