Based on your feedback, we’ve incorporated a few more features into our SWANx registration page at: https://swanx18.eventbrite.com

A List of Sessions and Presenters are now available for you in the body of the registration form. Additionally, we have descriptions for your review for both keynote and breakout sessions available attached to the email.

Invoicing Option Now Available for those who desire group registration. Simply choose how many tickets you’ll need, and in the payment type dropdown select ‘Pay By Invoice.’ You will be asked to note your billing address/Attn. to or email address for billing at the bottom; please list that and I will mail or email you an invoice accordingly. You will still need to list each attendee’s names separately, for lunch choices and registration packet creation.

Hello SWAN Members:

Registration is now open for this year's Annual Conference, SWANstravaganza (SWANx)! Our event will be held Friday, August 17^th from 9 am (8:30 check-in) to 4:30 pm, again at Moraine Valley Community College.

Via Eventbrite, each attendee must register solo as you'll be asked to choose your lunch option and receive a survey link in your confirmation email to choose which breakout sessions you have interest in. Choosing your desired sessions will help us to better plan room sizing and ensure we have enough space in each classroom; you won’t be locked in to your choices if you’d like to switch, but rather it just helps us to plan ahead so please complete the survey!
