CTL expects to do Thursday overnight deliveries as usual to the libraries in the Burr Ridge and Wheeling service areas. However, RAILS service centers in Bolingbrook, Burr Ridge, Coal Valley, and Rockford will be closed on Friday, February 9, due to the increasingly severe weather forecasts for northern Illinois.
