SWAN Member Libraries and Information Technology Staff:
We’re currently investigating an issue that is only occurring with the Firefox web browser. Some patrons and staff are receiving a “Secure Connection Failed” error from the Firefox browser when accessing the catalog, although we have verified that catalog pages are loading as expected with all other browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc).
We hope to have this issue resolved immediately and will send further SWANcoms as soon as information is available.
