The March Quarterly meeting is when the budget and fees for the upcoming fiscal year is brought to a vote for approval per SWAN’s ByLaws.

We will make use of the live online voting system for the approval of action items on the agenda. I will be sending out the login information via the DirectVote Live platform on Monday, February 28^th. I will send an email out via SWANcom after the unique login information has been sent directly to your work email address. If you do not see the email from the voting system, I suggest you check your spam/junk email folder. Please contact me directly if you have any questions or require the email resent to you or will require a substitute to attend the meeting and vote on your behalf.
