We have received information from libraries that when deleting items, specifically when staff check to see if the item was deleted, a message confirming the deletion with the date “2042” will occur.

We have opened a support call with Innovative. At this time you can continue deleting items, but be aware of the message. If other problems should occur, you can open a SWAN support ticket at help@swanlibraries.net or phone 630-734-5153 for Member Services.
