The scheduled BLUEcloud Analytics upgrade for all North American clusters is not yet complete. This means that BLUEcloud Analytics is unavailable until the system upgrade has finished.

During this upgtrade process, if you access BLUEcloud Analytics, you will see a message "503 Service Unavailable." Scheduled reports will be delayed.
