Many of you have begun to receive emails from ProPay notifying you of the account creation. These emails are going to the contact listed on the ProPay application, so make sure to check with that person to verify they have received the following two emails.

 

1.      Subject: “ProPay Account” (contains your temporary password)

2.      Subject:  “The information you requested” (contains your account number and a PDF attachment)

 

SWAN has created an introduction to the ProPay account. This document covers the basics for getting access and setting up additional users to the account. The link below is Member’s Only (login and password required).

SWAN will create additional documentation on the use of online payment within your Enterprise profile. For now though, each library should begin to set up your access to ProPay.

 

*Important note*: for whatever reason the bank account you listed on the ProPay application was not entered into your ProPay account. Please make sure to reference a copy of the ProPay application or request this bank account information again as you will need to enter it per the instructions.

 

Due to privacy and security, SWAN did not retain any of the applications or open the sealed envelopes. The library application was sent directly to ProPay.
