Please see the linked memo “Network Changes Memo #9: IP Migration Readiness”, and route to your appropriate library and IT staff. This memo details a simple test that needs to be performed at your library to ensure preparation for our upcoming IP migration. This check must be completed successfully by Monday, March 24th. Since this check may require IT assistance in some cases, we strongly recommend performing the check sooner than later.
If you have any questions/comments about the upcoming migration, or should you encounter any issues while performing the network check, please submit a ticket to the SWANTech Queue of the SWAN ticket system or contact the SWAN Help Desk directly at 630-734-5153.
