To All Member Libraries:

We have had several reports this morning of staff receiving an error message “Heading not found” when searching by ISBN. In these cases, the records were retrievable using other indexes. It appears possible the there was an issue with the indexing overnight. Technical Services/Cataloging staff are reminded to perform thorough searches using several indexes before creating a new Pre-Cat.  SWAN has opened a case with SirsiDynix and we will update you when we have more information.
