We have received a few reports of users encountering "UNABLE TO PROCESS REQUEST" errors while attempting to search for items, particularly when searching by ISBN.
SirsiDynix has looked into the error and suspects this is related to a locked process on the system that will be cleared during our nightly Halt/Run.
Typically, if this error is encountered during a search, the item will still display after the error is acknowledged. You may also need to rerun the search to display your results.
We expect this problem to be fully cleared up by tomorrow morning.
