Download the app

Search for "SWAN Libraries" in the  iOS in the App Store or for Android in the Google Play Store.

Share the app with your patrons

• You can direct patrons to our public website for more information.
• We will also post links in the Enterprise catalog footer today.
• Digital display graphics and bookmarks are also available to promote the app. Download graphics and bookmarks.

SWAN is mailing complementary promotional bookmarks to your library for the app launch.  You can begin promoting your app whenever you like after it becomes available in the app stores. If you have gotten your bookmarks yet, you should receive them very soon.

Library staff app documentation

Documentation about app features, including compatible barcode scanners, is available on the SWAN support site.

App administrator training coming soon!

App administrators will be able to edit your own content, schedule content, update your hours, and more. We've scheduled the following dates for app administrator training, where you will be able to learn more about the app administration features:

• Aug. 29, 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• Sept. 26, 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Trainings will be online through GoToMeeting.

Directors will receive logins at the end of August to pass on to staff. If you want to get an idea of what you can do in the app before the training, you can view the SirsiDynix BLUEcloud Mobile Training Guide and view the BLUEcloud Mobile training in Mentor.
