SWAN Member Library Staff:

 

SWAN staff have tested and verified that all Hoopla services have been restored, including access via the Enterprise catalog. We’ve updated the Known Issue to reflect this news.

 

Should patrons continue to experience issues, please ensure that their patron PIN is correct in their Hoopla account configuration. As noted in our announcement news post, Hoopla has provided simplified guides (iOS | Android | Web) to walk them through the process of updating their PIN. If the patron does not know their PIN, they can reset it via the Enterprise “Forgot my PIN” function at the login screen, or library staff can reset it for them.

Following an update of the PIN requirement for SWAN Hoopla subscribers, patrons are reporting errors when attempting to login. SWAN staff will work with Hoopla to investigate the issue and have opened a Known Issue where we’ll post updates to the case.
