If you do not find an item on your shelves, look for it in WorkFlows. If it is checked out to a patron delete the staff note from the item record.
If it is not checked out:

For the items listed on the
Claims Ret and Lost & Paid tabs
o
Follow the procedures outlined in the directions that were originally sent to you with your Excel workbook.

If the item is on your
Lost tab
o
Follow the procedures but
do not check it out to your Discard patron.
