We’re currently experiencing an outage of the SWAN Phone Notice Dialer (SVA) server. This outage has been posted to our Known Issues, and we’ll continue to update the post as more information becomes available. This outage may have delayed patron phone notices in-queue. Any of those queued notices are expected to resume once the outage has been resolved.
