During BLUEcloud Analytics Open Lab sessions we review basic concepts and share some shortcuts and tips. We also review use of the generic library account for better management of your BCA reports and schedules within your library. The remainder of the time is for one-on-one consultation in identifying existing reports and additional reporting needs for your library.
