Update, the BLUEcloud Analytics deployment issue has been resolved and customers should be able to access the environments as normal.

Please be aware, SirsiDynix is reporting an outage of the BLUEcloud Analytics platform. SirsiDynix is currently investigating the issue and has noted that it impacts all customers.

We’ve posted a Known Issue to the SWAN Support Site and will update the article as new information becomes available.
