Good news – this weekend’s scheduled database maintenance concluded much sooner than we’d anticipated, so the Symphony/WorkFlows
server is now back online and accepting logins!
When starting WorkFlows today, please uncheck the box for “Operate in Offline mode”, and login as usual. All offline circulation
from the last two days will automatically upload to our server and process overnight. If you login at any time today, you should see this weekend’s transactions reflected tomorrow morning.
We’re still playing some catchup with the Enterprise OPAC database, so you may encounter some anomalies with select titles. Patron
logins are again permitted, however, and any issues in Enterprise should be resolved within a few hours when our scheduled reports conclude.
