The long-running overnight maintenance reports have concluded.
While it may take some time for our regular report schedule to catch up, staff and patrons should no longer encounter any errors while using WorkFlows or other software that interacts with the database.
In order to ensure that our scheduled reports get back on track, please refrain from scheduling any non-essential reports until later today.
If you encounter any further errors while interacting with the system, please notify SWAN support by opening a ticket.

SWAN Member Library Staff:
We’re currently monitoring a long-running overnight maintenance report, ADUText, which is creating significant delays to the morning report schedule.
This report is processing a higher volume of records due to the addition of Green Hills migration data, and could extend later into the morning. As ADUText and the subsequent RebuildItem report process, you may encounter several errors:
All items should be searchable without errors in Enterprise, and any WorkFlows errors should resolve as these two reports conclude.
We apologize for these delays and will send an update as soon as the reports conclude.
