The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning effective from 6:00 PM CST today, 2/8/2018 until Friday, 9:00 PM CST. We are expecting heavy snow with accumulation of up to 10 inches!

We all know how difficult it can be to get around in these types of conditions, so whether you anticipate having to close your library or want to provide your patrons with a due date extension for items that are due during the storm, we can help you with that.

SWAN can extend due dates for items that are currently due on 2/9, 2/10 to a new due date of 2/12 for you and your patron’s convenience.  If you would to offer this extension to your patrons, please let us know by 2 PM today.
