This is a final reminder that the electronic ballot will close tonight at midnight. The login information and passwords were sent out via email to all 95 public library director contacts on Tuesday, February 9^th around 4:10pm. A reminder email with the same information was sent on Friday, February 12^th to those contacts who had not voted yet around 2:15pm. Look for the email subject “SWAN Ballot on Year-2 EBSCO Group-purchase Renewal - login information below.”

Once the ballot closes, I will announce the results before the end of this week. Thanks to all who have participated thus far!

SWAN Library Directors & Administrators—

Your electronic ballot is now ready and will be sent to your individual email accounts with unique logins and passwords contained in that email. SWAN is using myDirectVote which is a platform designed for secure online voting. Your votes will be collected and tabulated, and those individual votes will be publicly posted after the ballot is closed. This will ensure Illinois OMA compliance.
