Our indexes in Aspen are running slower than usual, due to the updates overnight to our Hoopla API.
Changes to item availability (checked out and on shelf status) may not appear throughout the day, and changes to records or new records may not appear. The indexes in the catalog are currently running slow due to changes to the Hoopla APIs. We expect the indexes
to catch up over the next 24-48 hours. Search, Holds, My Account, and other functionality are not impacted.
We will post updates to the
known issue
and send an all clear when indexes have returned to normal processing times.
