We have received many reports that the EDI File Transmission (edisend) report is failing.  We have identified the source of this problem. 

EDI transmission is failing for vendors with a FTP_PASS field entry of "no" in the EDI Address tab.  This field should have an entry of "YES".  We are working to fix this problem globally as soon as possible.  Please do run the EDI File Transmission (edisend) report for any vendors where the FTP_PASS field reads "no" until further notice.  We will send an update as soon as this is resolved.
