We have recently seen an increase in reports from libraries whose patrons are reporting they are no longer receiving their email notices from SWAN. Some patrons may be experiencing this because the email address for our notices recently changed to sirsi@catalog2.swanlibraries.net, and the emails may be going to their Junk or SPAM folders. If you have a patron report they are not receiving their emails, ask them to check their Junk and SPAM folders. If they find them there they should be able to right-click the email and look for a button with something along the lines of "Never Block Sender". If they are unable to locate an email they should be able to find options for "whitelisted" or "trusted" senders in their email settings and should add the new address to the list.
