As libraries approach a return to “regular” hours we want to remind all SWAN libraries to review Days Closed Calendars. Make sure you have entered all scheduled holidays in your calendar including the major holidays. Having these dates in your calendar will ensure you do not have items checked out for those dates.

Visit the Days Closed documentation page on the SWAN Support Site for instructions to manage your calendar through WorkFlows. As always, if you would prefer SWAN to manage your calendar simply provide us with the dates you will be closed via help@swanlibraries.net.
