SWAN Member Libraries:

Hoopla support was able to identify and resolve the issue that impacted SIP2, causing degraded performance on our Symphony server. Hoopla access has been fully restored.

Thank you for your patience as we worked through this, WorkFlows is now up.

This issue was caused by excessive calls to the Symphony server by Hoopla, we have temporarily suspended their access. As a result the Hoopla service is currently down.

Please report any connectivity issues you may encounter.
