Thank you for your patience while ByWater was searching for the cause. ByWater reported they resolved the issue that was causing extreme slowness and timeouts in Aspen and the LiDA SWAN Libraries+ app. We have confirmed the catalog is now
stable and the issue appears to be resolved.
