Good morning SWAN Libraries:

Now that the self-nomination window has ended, we are pleased to announcement our candidates for the 2016 Board election. We received Statements of Interest from the following candidates for your consideration in the upcoming election: Kristina Howard, Prairie State College; Doug Losey, Hillside Public Library; and Tiffany Verzani, Elmwood Park Public Library.

Our election will officially open for voting on Monday, May 2^nd. I will send out a SWANcom once the polls are open. They will remain open until Friday, May 20^th at 5pm CST. The results will be announced at our June 2^nd Quarterly meeting. The new board members will begin serving their terms on July 1^st.
