Subject: [SWANcom] Rebuild and Support Availability Over Labor Day
 

SWAN Member Libraries:

We will be rebuilding our authority indexes over Labor Day holiday. The rebuild will begin after all libraries are closed at 7 PM Sunday, September 6th. 

 WorkFlows will not be available when the rebuilds start and there may be a delay in regular reports on Monday, September 7th. 

We expect little to no impact on service since it is occurring over the holiday and the Aspen catalog will be available. 

Please note that the SWAN office will be closed for the holiday on Monday and will reopen on Tuesday, September 8th. 

We will send an all-clear message when you can resume normal work functions. We will provide updates on our Support Site as they become available.
