Last night we encountered a long-running overnight maintenance report, ADUText, that took us into this morning’s scheduling. This report ran for nearly 8 hours, and although it concluded successfully, it ate into the time allotted for other maintenance processing, and so we were unable to run other user and rebuild reports that typically occur each night.

We have encountered this issue on several occasions, and typically we may run into some issues while searching user records, especially those created in the last day, due to the fact that they are still awaiting indexing. We could also encounter wrapper errors on specific items that were impacted by this processing.

Please email help@swanlibraries.net if you encounter any of these anomalies, and please provide specific examples so that we can investigate further. There are a few resources we have at our disposal that should resolve them.
