Good afternoon member libraries,

Our support vendor, Bywater Solutions, has informed us that some titles checked out in November and December 2024 may not have been added to patrons' checkout histories. We have more information on our support site: https://support.swanlibraries.net/issue/94780.

We have also added an alert to My Account pages in Aspen, along with a link to instructions to manually add titles to checkout history.
