There was an error in migration memo #11.  The email address in the Patron Purge area of the memo was typed incorrectly and not caught by spell-check.  It should appear as usual migrationhelp@swanlibraries.net

Patron Purge

We are planning on running a Patron purge to update the patron database before we migrate the patron (user) data to SirsiDynix. Our test report indicates that if we purge good patrons that have been inactive for three years and have no money owed we would be deleting 130,000 patron records.   Our plan is to purge these patrons before the end of the month.  However,  if you would want to include any of your patrons and owe less than $5.00 or $10.00 (and have been inactive for three years or more), please send your request before April 1^st to migrationhelp@swanlibraries.net .
