Subject: [SWANcom] Consolidation of Address and Extended Info Fields in User Records
SWAN Member Libraries:
This weekend SWAN will be making the address and extended info field consolidations that were recommended by the SWAN Circulation Advisory. These changes will take place outside of library hours and there will be no impact on the membership.
Monday you will see fewer fields in both the address and extended info tabs within patrons records. Below is a chart of the fields that are being removed and where any info that is in that field currently, will go. The most noticeable difference being the
phone fields. There will now be 2 phone fields named, PHONE, and ALT PHONE.
